Prologue
HE WATCHES:
Every time she walks by, I simply cannot
breathe, so intoxicated am I by her close
proximity to me. Her scent left behind in the
gentle breeze instantly turns me on. The sight of
her makes me blind to all other women because I
know no one could make me feel the way that she
does. The sound of her voice when I hear her
speak sends chills through me. God only knows
what the sensation of her touch would do to me.
For weeks now I’ve been in the shadows; she
doesn’t notice me, but even when she passes me
by, she still doesn’t notice, but in time she will.
I could give her everything.
I see her giving herself freely to man after
man, and I think, that’s my woman behaving like
a slut and disrespecting me.
The fact that she doesn’t know that I even
exist doesn’t even come into it. I know all about
her, her friends and their lives. I know that
people would assume I’m sick or a stalker, such
